You knew I would come back and update again sometime.....right? It's only been 3 months since she turned 3. Lol. I could give a million excuses as to why I haven't been posting but mostly life has gotten in the way and my time has been spent doing things other than being on the computer.... such as getting the house ready to sell, selling the house, and now preparing to move. But I figured if I didn't sit down and get a couple of posts done it was going to be Aug. and I was going to be way behind. So blah, blah, blah. Here are some catch up posts.
Avery Lynn turned 3 back in January and had a Dora the Explorer themed cooking party. We invited friends and they got to make all kinds of tasty treats "from around the world" since Dora is such the traveler. Avery Lynn had a blast. She went to the Doctor in February for her 3 yr checkup and weighed 28 lbs and was 38 inches tall. She is happy and healthy and full of energy. She cracks us up with her 3 yr old comments and thinking. Just to document what she wants to be when she grows up, she has said for the last 6 months that she wants to be a garbage man when she grows up. She will drive the truck and she has "offered" to let me ride on the back and throw the trash in when she stops. So priceless. But in the last couple of weeks she has decided that she wants to be a mom when she grows up. That may turn out to be a little more accurate, I guess we'll see.
