We bought a house!
YAY! After two trips to Columbia and hours of looking at over 30 houses we made an offer and had it accepted. Below are a couple of pictures that I stole off the listing. The house is 3 bedroom 2 bath with a screened in back porch. It also has a bonus room that we plan to use for a playroom. We are very excited.

ReplyDeleteHurray! We've narrowed our choices down to four... hopefully will make an offer on one this week! :) I feel your pain... we made two trips to Lexington and looked at over 45 houses. Good grief!
